Beyonce played her diva card when she refused to let retail giants H&M use retouched images of her modelling their bikinis.

The 31-year-old was outraged when she found out her famous curves had been shrunk during the airbrushing of her body so told the clothing brand they could not use the pictures.

As Jay-Z’s wife and mother-of-one insisted they only use naturally posed pictures, an insider revealed: ‘When Beyoncé found out they had edited the way her body really looked, she hit the roof.

‘She’s a true diva and was furious that she had been given such a snubbing. Her people refused to give the pictures the green light so H&M were forced to use the originals,’ the source told The Sun.

H&M had allegedly discussed the photos and they confirmed the pictures were not altered in anyway.

It was decided that Bey would be the face of the retailer’s 2013 summer collection and she has since appeared in its bikini and beachwear ads worldwide.

Their spokesman added: ‘As with all campaigns there are discussions on which images should be used. Both H&M and Beyoncé are very happy with the final result.’

Lucy Mecklenburgh got more than just a tan from her recent trip to Cannes; according to reports she caught the eye of a famous Hollywood producer while there and is now in the running to star in a film.

The TOWIE star was in the French Rivera to take part in a photoshoot, however managed to attract the attention of director Will Holman who’s currently casting for his horror film.

He invited Lucy to a formal meeting at a fancy Cannes hotel and now wants to fly her to LA to do an audition on camera. A source close to her revealed:

“She is keeping tight-lipped about it but apparently the director loves her look and thinks she is the perfect female for an important character in his film.

“He’s sending her the script and intends to fly her out to LA for an audition and to get her on tape. He says Lucy has exactly the look of the character that he imagined in his own head.”

She might be remaining tight-lipped about it publicly now but she has dropped a few not-so-subtle hints about the meeting via twitter. Last week she simply said:

“Wow sometimes dreams do come true #HappyGirl.”

Socialite Paris Hilton is set to marry her model lover of eight months some time “very soon.”

Paris, 32, and River Viiperi, 21, have been practically inseparable since meeting through pals and now the socialite thinks he could be “the one” and therefore wants to wed him.

Speaking in Cannes this week, where Paris has been hanging out with Cara Delevigne, the Hilton heiress said:

“It could happen soon… I trust him with my life and that means the world to me more than anything.”

Comedy actor and wildlife expert Bill Oddie – who shot to fame in cult comedy show, The Goodies – has taken to Twitter to ask his followers to help him decide whether he should accept the offer of becoming a housemate in the new series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Yesterday, he tweeted, “My agent just called – ‘Is Bill available to do Celebrity Big Brother?’

“Well, folks what do you think? (It’s a lot of money!)”

His fans then began replying, with the majority encouraging him to say yes. One wrote, “Please do it. You’d win hands down. You could ask for a hide in the BB gardenand teach the models/rappers about birds.”

Another wrote, “Go for it I would watch just to see a real human for once!”

And yet another added, “Once in a lifetime, and you could win it!”

It hasn’t as yet been revealed when Celebrity Big Brother will air, however it has been confirmed that the regular series – which will be hosted by Emma Willis as she’s taken over from Brian Dowling – will launch on Thursday, June 13.

James Corden has revealed what he has learned from life so far, following a career of ups and downs.

'You can't please all of the people all of the time,' James, 34 says, though he adds: 'Someone once wrote that I was talentless. That didn't feel nice.'

James, who presented The Brit Awards last night, was highly praised for his roles in stage show One Man, Two Guvnors and Gavin & Stacey.

His turn hosting the Brits last night was less of a universal success however, with NME posting a blog of his 'best zingers' from the night which showed nothing but tumbleweed.

However, the show rated more highly than any other Brit Award show in the past 10 years, with 7.5 million viewers at its peak.

In Hollyoaks she played a mostly miserable anorexic teenager with some seriously messed up family issues, fortunately her new role looks far more fun. The former soap star has jetted to Miami to star in a movie, and while there she had the opportunity to go all Baywatch (minus the red bikini) by running through the sea with a wet, glistening and perfectly toned body. Her latest project is called Plastic and stars Lily Allen’s brother Alfie. It’s about two students who run a successful credit card fraud operation from their halls. So, the launch night for this series of Celebrity Big Brother came and went and sadly no Lindsay Lohan made her way into the pad as rumoured. Boo. But did the producers manage to bag a selection of celebrities equally as exciting to make up for it? Sadly not. In fact, we feel slightly disappointed by this year’s selection. Nevertheless, let’s have a run down of who went in shall we? Well, X Factor’s Rylan Clark for a start, Claire from Steps, ex Eastenders star Gillian Taylforth, jockey Frankie Dettori, Spencer & Heidi Pratt plus Ryan Maloney (aka Toadfish from Neighbours). Other slightly less recognisable celebrities in there (if that’s possible) include Neil “Razor” Ruddock (a former footballer), 80’s model Paula Hamilton, former Corrie hunk Sam Robertson, ex Heartbeat actress Tricia Penrose and a Page 3 girl Lacey Banghard (actual name. No seriously it is). No big surprises really, and aside from Rylan – there’s no one we’re really excited about watching. Luckily this year’s cruel twist should provide some well needed entertainment. Six of the incumbent stars have been made to sleep for a week in squalid conditions in the “pigsty” basement, while the remaining batch will live in luxury. Rylan and Frankie (the first ones in) were tasked with who should live where; and they decided to send Paula, Sam, Toadfish, Neil and then Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag down to the basement. All good decisions as far as we’re concerned (especially Heidi and Spencer). So, what did you think of it all?

I repeat ALLEGEDLY'. It took a while for the singer to respond to this, but when she did she really went for it writing: 'I stayed silent on one b******* rumour but this one I have to speak. 'Anyway I only speak when I have to and that was just f****** ridiculous, that’s why I spoke now I need to get back to my movie bots, I love you.' After eight long years, Chris Moyles’ reign as the king of breakfast radio came to an end this morning – to the sadness of some and also to the joy of many. In an emotional last show the DJ received thousands of thank you text messages from fans and received an outpouring of support from celebrities as well. In his closing statement to listeners Moyles, in return, gave thanks to the great British public and also gave some words of advice to Nick Grimshaw – his replacement. He said: “He [Grimmy] might get a tough reaction at the start but hopefully the listeners will give him time.” "Nick, it's the best job in the world and there's a lot of grief and a lot of prep that comes with it but it's worth it. “He might get a tough reaction at the start but hopefully the listeners will give him time. "Thanks to the team who have been great, I genuinely love them. The listeners are more than just people who just listen to a show. "My voice is going but I'm genuinely so excited and happy to have got here without being frog marched out of the building. "I thought I would be fired and dragged out by my hair. It's wicked. We're a tough act to follow. "Thanks for listening, thanks for supporting us. And without sounding ridiculously cheesy thanking you for making all of our dreams come." He then quipped: “Genuinely, thank you for paying our wages for all these years. Surprise, surprise, it seems like Spencer Matthews didn’t find true love on The Bachelor after all. After being crowned the winner of The Bachelor Khloe Evans has admitted she is in fact ‘single’ and wants ‘nothing to do’ with the MIC chap. 'It's important, I think, to spend time with someone off-camera as well. Have some proper days, go out just the two of you. You know, when you're not surrounded by cameras and sound men. 'It's difficult to develop a proper relationship and be intimate when you are surrounded by people.' We thought he’d be used to it after Made In Chelsea but never mind. A short while ago we spotted TOWIE stars James Argent and Lauren Goodger taking a stroll in Essex. The Essex lad wasn’t perhaps looking his freshest, particularly not when standing next to the perfectly made up Lauren. We’ll let Arg off though because judging by his Twitter page, he’s really hanging today. He wrote: “Didn't get back home till 3am and up for filming at 7:30am! Silly whisperings about an apparently secret relationship between One Direction singers Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson have been going on for sometime now. We assumed that, like us, the boys thought of those rumours as being exactly that – silly. Now Louis has stepped forward to say that all this persistent talk has actually started to affect his relationship with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder and his friendship with Harry Styles. During a new interview he said: “This is a subject that was funny at first but now is actually hard to deal with, as I am in a relationship” “Me and Harry are best friends. People look into our every move - it is actually affecting the way me and Harry are in public.”

 “We want to joke around, but there seems to be a different rumour every time we do anything. I act the same way with Harry as I do any of the other boys.” And just to clarify once again that he really isn’t with Harry, he added: “I'm a one-woman man with Eleanor. We spotted TOWIE star Joey Essex leaving the ITV studios earlier today looking reem. The reality star is spending the day in Laandan going to meetings, being reem and what not. Fun Reem swag say say What are YOU sayin” Well, Joey we are saying ‘shouldn’t you be at home swatting up for your appearance with Sam on The Million Pound Drop?’ The couple are due to appear on the TV show, which is live, this Saturday.
