•Touched. Fox's latest Kiefer Sutherland series, Touch, had a strong preview behind American Idol Wednesday with 12 million viewers, marking the network's biggest drama debut since 2009. (The series returns in March.) NBC's perpetually endangered Chuck finally ended its run quietly Friday with 4.3 million.
•Bang-up.The Big Bang Theory, which is fueling TBS in repeats, was the week's top scripted show, drawing 16.1 million viewers to a new CBS episode Thursday. And Marg Helgenberger's exit from CSI claimed a season-high 14.3 million Wednesday.
•Isn't that special? NBC's NFL Pro Bowl (12.5 million viewers Sunday) dipped 7% from last year's 13.4 million, while the Screen Actors Guild Awards (a combined 5.1 million on TNT and TBS) was about even vs. last year.
RESULTS: Nielsen charts
•POTUS. President Obama's State of the Union address Tuesday averaged 37.8 million viewers across 14 networks, making it his least-watched address to Congress yet.
•Out of luck. The official premiere of HBO's Luck drew 1.1 million viewers Sunday, matching a December preview, and ranked behind Showtime's Shameless (1.4 million in the same time slot) and Friday's season opener of Starz's Spartacus: Vengeance (1.4 million Friday). Still, Luck was lucky, winning a second-season renewal Tuesday.
•Gold rush. Discovery's Bering Sea Gold (3.7 million viewers Friday behind Gold Rush Alaska's 4.2 million) marked the network's biggest series opener. And Bravo's Real Housewives excelled: The season finale of Beverly Hills notched a series-high 3 million Monday, while Sunday's Atlanta episode claimed a second-best 3.9 million.
