You won't Adam and Eve this but... Simon Cowell has let slip that he had an affair with Dannii Minogue shortly after he split from Terri Seymour.

During an interview with BBC journalist Tom Bower for an unauthorised biography - titled 'Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell' - the music mogul said:

“I had a crush on her. It was Dannii’s hair, the sexy clothes, and the t**s.

“I was like a schoolboy. She was foxy. She was a real man’s girl. Very feminine. It was genuine love.

“After Terri Seymour, I wasn’t ready for another relationship.”

Its thought the fling took place back in 2007, shortly after the Aussie singer joined the X Factor judging panel. At the time it was actually rumoured that the pair were having a relationship as they were spotted holding hands in a car after Children in Need.

During his interview for the book, Cowell also revealed he had his eye on Cheryl when she joined X Factor in 2008 and desperately wanted an affair with her too, however she was still with Ashley Cole at the time. Well that never stopped Ashley in the past did it?

On Twitter Simon Cowell had this to say about the revelations:

'Just seen the TV ad for the unauthorised book on me. Yikes!'

That just about sums it up really doesn't it?
