One thing we’ll say about Kristen Stewart is that she really does scrub up well when she needs to. Last night was one of those occasions as she attended the world premiere of her latest film Snow White and The Huntsman. In fact she looked so glam last night that she gave her glamorous co-star Charlize Theron a run for her money. It looks like the girls co-ordinated their outfits last night as both of them wore sheer black gowns and oozed gothic sexiness. We wonder if they sat in front of the mirror asking who was the fairest one of all? Sorry we had to.
The ladies were joined by Chris Hemsworth (who plays the Huntsman) on the red, or in this case, green grass carpet. Models Liberty Ross and Lily Cole, who also star in the film, attended. Lily chose to wear the black version of the Alexander McQueen dress that Pippa Middleton famously wore as bridesmaid. Other guests in attendance included Chris O’Dowd with Dawn Porter, Simon Webbe and Made In Chelsea’s Gabriella Ellis, Caggie Dunlop and Francesca Hull.

For a celebrity, a baby is not just a joyous addition to the family – it’s also a photo opportunity. Jessica Simpson has decided to have some fancy pics taken of her firstborn as it means she can earn a cool $800k at the same time. She’s reportedly sold the first pictures of baby Maxwell to People magazine for that that hefty sum. The US publication are famed for shelling out massive amounts for the first images of celebrity’s babies; back in 2008 they shelled out $6million for a snap of Jennifer Lopez’s twins while they paid Brad and Angie $11million to picture Knox and Vivienne (the pair went on to donate their fee to charity we might add).
It’s rumoured that Jessica has also secured a lucrative deal with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight and to be the company’s new spokesperson, plus she apparently intends to add a babywear collection to her already profitable fashion/accessories range. There’s even talk of her releasing Jessica Simpson branded nappy rash cream and nappies. Presumably when that’s done she’ll contemplate her next move for total world domination.

Yes that’s right you heard us correctly – Kim Kardashian has posed for VOGUE. Albeit Vogue Italia but still, VOGUE. Two years ago the reality star was posing nude in Playboy and just last week she was reportedly banned from attending Vogue’s annual Met Gala do in NY by Anna Wintour herself, however despite this Kim has been accepted into the fashion fold by the Italian edition of the publication.
She’s taken part in a shoot – a snap from which she shared with her followers on Twitter – which sees her being hounded by the paparazzi as if she’s some kind of celebrity who lives her entire life in front of the cameras. You’re right – it’s not exactly ground breaking stuff or a far cry from reality itself however Kim has debuted a brand new hairstyle for the ocassion, which is exciting isn’t it? Alright – so it’s probably just a wig, but still...

Although many men, and women, would probably pay good money to watch Natalie Portman and Drew Barrymore get romantic with each other, unfortunately the two only had eyes for their other halves when they attended the spring gala performance at the NYC ballet last night. (Relatively) new mum Natalie couldn’t take her eyes off her man Benjamin Millepied (who were brought together by ballet) while (rumoured) mum-to-be Drew Barrymore looked equally enamoured with her fiancé Will Kopelman. It’s enough to bring a sentimental tear to your eye isn’t it? Well, not ours – as you know we’ve got a heart of pure stone but you can feel free to shed a tear if you like.

During a new interview the crooner was asked about life backstage on The Voice, he had this insight to give about it. ‘Jessie J is always giving it that,’ [indicates thumb movements on a mobile phone] ‘She’s twitting.’ When asked if he erm, Twits Tom apparently looked horrified and responded: ‘No.’ he added: ‘I said: “Who are you talking to?” She [Jessie J] said: “I am putting out information and I am finding out what people are thinking.” And Will.i.am is the same.” Gosh and here we were thinking that it genuinely was Tom Jones Tweeting from his official account and not some PR person from his record company paid to do so on his behalf. More fool us.

The heart shaped, bright pink diamond encrusted gem really is a classy sight to behold so we’re struggling to understand why the reality star would want to keep prying eyes away from it when she went to Aura with her fiancé. Obviously the only explanation is that she was feeling shy and didn’t want to make a fuss of herself – which is why she wore a skirt so short you could barely see it with your naked eye.

There are two things Imogen Thomas and Lauren Goodger both really like doing. Firstly they love talking about their ‘weight issues’ and secondly, they like having a good night out. Trouble is we all know alcohol is pretty calorific and if you want to loose weight, heavy drinking is a no-no. TOWIE star Lauren worked this one out a few weeks ago and has been dramatically shedding weight ever since. Last night she was joined at some party or other by Imogen Thomas who chose to be teetotal for the night too. We have to say both gals looked great last night and to be honest neither look like they need to lose any more weight. It’s not just stopping drinking that has helped them drop a few pounds. Imogen is now the face of Slimsticks, which she has been using for a while now.
Last night she tweeted: 'Ahh lovely night @ ninas opening! On way home now...no alcohol tonight! Bath tomorrow for @YourSlimsticks xxx' Lauren has also been using a slimming aid, the Cambridge Weight Plan, which she has also been doing for a few weeks now. The two slimmers were joined by some random dogs (no, no not Lizzie Cundy and Elen Rives, although they were there) who Imogen spent some time canoodling with. Good ol’ Imogen knows pictures of herself are far more interesting when puppies, of some kind or another, are involved.

She’s known for Tweeting some cray-cray things (Jesus, we can’t believed we just used the term cray-cray -we feel a bit dirty now), but this might just be the craziest thing Rihanna has Tweeted yet. After the Met Costume Gala the singer posted this picture of her arm (the sharp talon nails as seen on the red carpet the same evening confirm that) with an IV drip inserted in it. She shared the image after one of her followers Tweeted her saying: “you been quiet all day”.
A few hours later she posted another snap of herself by a plane saying she was heading back to LA, so we’re guessing there wasn't anything seriously wrong with her – but who the hell knows. This isn’t the first time that Rihanna has ended up with a drip in her arm and has shared a photo of it on Twitter; last November she had to cancel a gig in Sweden after she landed herself in hospital with severe exhaustion.

Oh dear it’s almost as if Jessie J is asking to be sacked, isn’t it? Yesterday we told you about how the singer had been winding up BBC executives by, amongst other things, calling the show ‘lame’. We’ve got a feeling that what she’s said in an interview with Company is going to be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. She said: "I wouldn’t enter [the show] myself in 20 years’ time." To be fair it’s really not that bad a comment, but we suppose she should really be backing the show any chance she gets, not making snide comments about it. Jessie then goes on to labour the point that the show is not the sole focus in her life: “I was first to sign up because I was totally up for it. But when Tom said he waited until he knew the line-up, I thought I should have, too. It’s been scary at times but it’s one thing in my life, not the only thing. My second album is my focus.” For goodness sake, think that to yourself in private, you don’t need to tell the world. You’re getting paid good money to pretend it is the only thing in your life. Jessie also took the time to address the little issue of her ‘look’, she said:
"When you’re first bringing out music and you want people to notice, you probably overdo it, especially as a girl. But I started looking at photos and thinking, “Jess, it’s too much – the outfits, the hair”. I became a bit of a cartoon. I just wanted to tone it down. Plus, nude lipstick doesn’t come off on your teeth. “The Mystic Meg hair was my comfort blanket. But as you start seeing pictures of yourself at every angle you realise it’s about taking risks if you want your style to evolve.” Well that’s a relief because honestly it was getting a bit hard watching her garish wardrobe on TV, especially when we have a hangover (which is most Saturdays). And finally she talks about her sexuality because let’s face it a Jessie J interview wouldn’t be the same without it. She said: “The bisexual label irritates me. They’d never write “Adele – the straight singer”, but that’s how the world works. The only thing I want to be defined by is my music and personality. Plus, at the moment I’m single. The Tinie rumours aren’t true!” Oh ok then, what a bloody kill joy.
